原理：
氧化铝水份测量原理:
所有的氧化铝水份测量原理都是相同的 -- 传感器的电容量随水分子在氧化铝层中的浓度变化而变化。传感器电容的电极是外表的镀金层和内部的铝芯。
优点:
1. 超薄膜 表面形成非常薄的的氧化层。 超薄的氧化层使水分子更加自由的进出氧化层, 从而大大提传感器的响应速度。 HTF技术比传统氧化铝技术的响应速度快几倍。
2. 过度层技术的铝和氧化铝的过度层非常薄, 从而使传感器的电极非常接近(外表的镀金层和内部的铝芯)。 因而传感器在干湿转换过程中的电容量变化非常明显。 相比传统的氧化铝技术, 这种电容量变化特性有效的抑制其它外界因素对传感器电容量的影响, 如环境温度和老化的因素。

Principle:
Principle of alumina moisture measurement:
All alumina moisture measurement principles are the same - the capacitance of the sensor changes with the concentration of water molecules in the alumina layer. The electrode of the sensor capacitor is a gold-plated layer on the outside and an aluminum core on the inside.
advantage:
1. A very thin oxide layer is formed on the surface of the ultrathin film. The ultra-thin oxide layer makes water molecules enter and leave the oxide layer more freely, which greatly improves the response speed of the sensor. The response speed of HTF technology is several times faster than that of traditional alumina technology.
2. The transition layer of aluminum and alumina in the transition layer technology is very thin, so that the electrode of the sensor is very close (the outer gold plating layer and the inner aluminum core). Therefore, the capacitance of the sensor changes obviously in the process of dry wet conversion. Compared with the traditional alumina technology, this capacitance variation characteristic can effectively inhibit the influence of other external factors on the sensor capacitance, such as ambient temperature and aging factors.
