WT411 is a 16-channel analog acquisition line-pass module, which can collect voltage, current, millivolt, various types of thermal resistance temperature, various types of thermocouple temperature, and random combination of channel types. The module adopts CAN communication interface, through WT461 and WT462 interface conversion module, supports MODBUS-RTU communication protocol, and CAN connect various configuration software at home and abroad. The input channel adopts two-terminal differential input. The input, the power supply, the network and the channel electrical isolation, effectively suppresses each kind of common mode interference, eliminates the channel mutual influence. The signal type of each channel can be set at will. Thermistor and thermocouple input have open circuit detection function, the result is temperature value, the thermocouple input automatically carries on the cold end temperature compensation. The first-line module has the functions of first-order digital filter and 50Hz power frequency suppression, which is very effective in suppressing the power frequency interference in the industrial field and guarantees the acquisition precision of the weak signal, the measurement error caused by the change of ambient temperature is corrected at any time to ensure the acquisition accuracy of the front-line communication module in the whole working temperature range. WT411 is mainly used in the application of temperature acquisition and the coexistence of multiple input signal types. Technical Specifications ● number of channels: 16.
