LM393 is like an operational amplifier with an unadjustable gain. Each comparator has two inputs and one output. One of the two inputs is called an in-phase input (denoted by"+") and the other is called an inverse input (denoted by"-") . When used to compare two voltages, either input end adds a fixed voltage as the reference voltage and the other end adds a signal voltage to be compared. When the"+"Terminal Voltage is higher than the"-"terminal, the output tube cut off, equivalent to the output open circuit. When the"-"terminal voltage is higher than the"+"terminal, the output tube saturation is equivalent to the output terminal low potential. A voltage difference of more than 10 MV between the two inputs ensures that the output can be reliably transferred from one state to another. Therefore, it is ideal to use LM339 in weak signal detection. The speed feedback circuit consists of a light-emitting diode, a photodiode, a monostable circuit, and a photoelectric encoder mounted on a spindle. When the hole in the optical code disc passes through the light-emitting Diode, the light emitted by the light-emitting diode turns on the phototransistor and produces a high level of output; when the non-hole part of the optical code disc passes through the photodiode, the photodiode cuts off and produces a low level of output. The periodic pulse is sent to the high-speed input channel IOB2 or IOB3 external interrupt source through monostable circuit shaping, and the time value of each rising edge is obtained, which is the value of timer T1. The difference between the rising edge value of T1 every two times is the period of photoelectric pulse, thus, the rotational speed of the spindle can be calculated. Micro DC motors are widely used in low power systems for their excellent linear characteristics, excellent control performance and very high efficiency. In order to control DC motor, this paper uses PWM control. Spce064a I / Ob special function IOB8, IOB9 directly provide two PWM output, direct output control signal can, without additional circuit. L298 can control two motors at the same time, and output current up to 2A. The ENA (Pin 6) and ENB (Pin 11) are connected to the IOB8 and IOB9 of SPCE064A respectively, which can realize PWM speed control of DC motor. SENSEA and Senseb are current feedback pins, which are used to realize closed loop current control of DC motor.
