TK-3E 校准仪模拟轴振动和位移,用以校准本特利内华达监测器。它验证监测器读数装置的工作状态以及电涡流传感器系统的状态。一个正确的校准系统意味着精确的读数和传感器输入。 一个纺锤形千分尺用于检查传感器系统和校准位移监测器。与bently TK-3 一同提供的探头安装接头固定探头,同时被测靶面以被校准的增量向着或远离探头端部运动。前置器的输出由电压计进行记录。
