Data Storage Circuit Design, detection system data storage select large capacity of Eeprom 24wc256, it is a 256K bit serial CMOS Eeprom, internal contains 32768 bytes, each byte is 8 bits. The over-current warning and over-current protection are realized by comparing the AD sampling value with the set value. The current detection circuit is shown in Fig. 7. The current signal generates two analog voltage signals and sends them to the mcu for sampling to ensure the accuracy in the whole range of the current. In this system, DH900 type precision constant current triode is selected according to the range and precision of measuring resistance, and the standard constant current is 20mA. The constant current triode is a precise integrated circuit constant current device with excellent constant current and adjustment characteristics, low temperature coefficient and high current stability. The domestic DH900 system is a new type of ultra-precision constant current source device. The constant current range is extended to 1A ~ 20A, it can be used in parallel, long-distance transmission, load can be disconnected and so on. In the application system of single chip microcomputer, it usually has the function of man-machine conversation, can issue all kinds of control commands and data input at any time, and report the running state and running result of the application system.
