Using ARM7 as the main control chip, an intelligent control system for disassembling and reflowing welding table is designed, which can be controlled by keyboard operation and display its state and real-time temperature curve through the liquid crystal display, able to disassemble and weld a variety of integrated chips, suitable for IC board maintenance and processing. Hardware circuit, mainly by transformer, rectifier diode, filter capacitor, integrated regulator and so on, for the circuit to provide 5V, 3.3 v and 1.8 v stable voltage. Signal Detection Circuit Module, mainly by the thermocouple, operational amplifier 27L2, DS18B20 and ARM7 INTERNAL AD and so on. Converts the temperature to a digital signal that the processor recognizes. The temperature collection circuit of this design is shown in Fig. 2. The 1,3 pins of the P 6 ports are connected with the positive end of the thermocouple sensor, and the 2,4 pins are connected with the negative end of the thermocouple sensor. After the signal is collected by the thermocouple, the high frequency clutter is filtered by C00 and C10(high frequency filter capacitor) , and then the signal is amplified by 27L2(low frequency small signal amplifier) . The ratio of R64 to R63 and R65 is U3B magnification, the ratio of R60 to R62 and R61 is the magnification of U3A. After amplification, the high-frequency clutter is filtered by C01 and C11. Finally, the signal is transmitted to ARM7, and the analog voltage signal is converted into digital signal recognized by the processor by its internal AD converter. When the temperature of the probe part of the thermocouple sensor changes, the voltage of the two ends of the thermocouple sensor changes correspondingly according to a certain proportion. Then the voltage signal is amplified by 27L2, and then the analog quantity is converted into digital quantity by the AD inside ARM, the ARM processor knows the current temperature as soon as it gets the digital amount. Of course, the thermocouple module is not enough for accurate temperature measurement. Because the thermocouple sensor has a defect, it measures the temperature difference between the probe and the cold end, that is to say, if only the above circuit is used to measure the temperature, the more the temperature difference between the cold end and the zero point, the less accurate the temperature data will be. In this design, when the welding table is heated, the temperature of the cold end of the thermocouple will change, resulting in inaccurate temperature measurement. In order to solve these problems, DS18B20 is added as compensation, which is called the Correction Coefficient correction method in industry. This design uses ARM7 as the main control chip, mainly because of its high cost performance, rich resources, stable and reliable work. It has 32kB on-chip Flash Program memory and 8kB on-chip static Ram, 128-bit wide interface / accelerator with up to 70MHZ operating frequency, 10-bit a / D converter with 8 inputs; Two 32-bit timer counters and two 16-bit timer counters; up to 32 universal IO ports that can withstand 5V voltage; multiple serial interfaces, including 2 UART, 2 I2C buses, Spi and SSP with buffering and variable data length; Up to 13 edge, level-triggered external interrupt pins; a programmable on-chip PLL can achieve up to 70 MHZ OF CPU operating frequency, and so on. In the 3ARM minimum system, 11.0592M Quartz crystal unit and two 20pF capacitors provide the system with stable operating frequency, and then through the ARM internal pll frequency doubling to make its operating frequency up to 70MHZ. Cat1052 provides a stable reset circuit for the system and a 256-byte read-write E2prom for the system to store power without losing data space.
