At present, there are only four parameters of the product, namely module 485 address, communication baud rate, protocol selection and sampling rate. Therefore, this part mainly explains the setting and recovery process for these four parameters. The default 485 address of the product: 170, communication baud rate: 9600, protocol selection: the company's custom character protocol, sampling rate selection: low speed 10SPS. The following steps are illustrated by taking the 485 address, communication baud rate, protocol selection and sampling rate selection of the product as factory default parameters: 1) Connect the appropriate power according to parameter description and panel identification; 2) The 485 port of the product is connected with the RS232 port of the computer using the 485-232 module. If the computer does not have an RS232 interface, a USB to RS232 device is needed. 3) Use the conductor to shorten the SET and GND pins for 5 seconds and let the module enter the parameter modification state; 4) Open the attached serial debugging assistant software Commix, select ASCII mode, baud rate is 9600, data bit is 8, check bit N is none, stop bit 1. Enter the command: $AA2\CR, and then send it. If the return is correct, it means that the communication is correct. If there is no return, check whether the serial port selection, software Settings, USB to RS232, and 485 to 232 modules work normally, until the communication can be correct. 5) Set relevant parameters according to the NNTTCCFF\CR instruction. 6) Power on again, and the above parameters are the modified parameters. 7) After the successful modification, the parameters will not be lost if power is lost. The product can be directly connected to the corresponding network; Steps to restore factory parameters: 1) Disconnect the power supply; 2) Short connect SET and GND pins with the conductor, never relax or shake; 3) Power the product, disconnect the conductor of SET and GND pin after 5 seconds, and then the 485 address, communication baud rate, protocol selection and sampling rate selection of the product have been restored to the default factory parameters. 1. Connect all kinds of signal wires according to the interface description. 2. Select the DC power supply with voltage range of 10-30V and output current capacity of not less than 300mA to connect to the power port of the module; If the power indicator is on, it indicates that the power input is normal. Otherwise, the power should be unplugged immediately, and the power should be switched on after checking whether the power supply or module is normal. 3. Open the attached serial debugging assistant software Commix, and test each function according to the protocol selection and corresponding instructions. 1. Users can use configuration software to access operation modules. Of course, users can also write upper computer programs according to their specific applications. 2. Two protocols can be adopted to develop upper computer programs to operate the product. First, our custom character protocol is easy to remember and recognize, but the access efficiency is lower than the standard MODBUS_RTU protocol. The second is the standard MODBUS_RTU protocol. At the beginning, you need to have some understanding of MODBUS_RTU protocol, and you may need to test it back and forth for several times before you can successfully verify the calculation. However, with this protocol, the access efficiency is relatively high. 3. If the first method is used for programming, the field introduction of all instructions shall refer to "SK5000 series Product Square control Character Instruction System Description". 4. If the second method is adopted for programming, the register address, opcode and description of all instructions shall refer to SK5000 series product standard MODBUS_RTU Protocol Description. 1. The maximum external size: 120mm*71mm*43mm(including the thickness of the fixed seat for the back guide). 2. Installation method: standard industrial guide bar installation or screw hole installation.
